Edward "Chops" Wililiams 66 of Blackwood, NJ died Tuesday, January 4, 2011 in the Virtua Healthcare Voorhees, NJ. Born in Meeks, Georgia he has been an area resident for most of his life. He was the son of the late Tom and Gerrie Lampkin Williams. He was the husband of Christina L. Brown Williams of Blackwood, NJ. He was a retired Sr. Accounts Manager for best Foods in Arlington, NJ with over twenty years of service. He also was the former owner of Chop's Market and the Yellow Canary Restaurant. He was a member of the Kaighn Ave. Baptist Church in Camden, NJ where he served as a member of the Trustee Board, Van Ministry, and President of the Berkshire Noblemen. He was an avid fisherman and a member of the Atco Hookers hunting and fishing club. In addition to his loving wife of 32 years he is survived by a son; Terrence (Sarah) of Williamstown, NJ., two daughters; Kellie Thurman (Stanley) of Mississippi, and Latara Williams of Blackwood, NJ., three sisters; Elvira Roberts of Camden, NJ, Maggie Sawyer of Voorhees, NJ, Audrey Williams of Atlantic City, NJ, an adopted son; Richard Lloyd of Darby, PA, an adopted daughter; Sharla Glenn of Philadelphia, PA, three grandchildren; Marcus, Malcolm, and Mikkal Adams, a great granddaughter; Trinity Adams, and a host of other relatives and friends.
